Delete your Nezabudni account
You can permanently delete your account and the data you saved in the service at any time. This is not merely account deactivation.
Directly in the app
Log in, open Settings → Delete account, enter the required confirmation word and complete the deletion. The deletion is permanent.
If you can no longer log in
Send the request from the email address associated with your account. We use the address to verify that the account owner requested deletion.
If you no longer have access to the original address, email ahoj@myslimnateba.sk. We may ask for reasonable additional verification before deleting the account.
What we delete
- your login account and profile,
- saved contacts, birthdays, name days and custom events,
- reminder settings and active family-transfer links,
- active data required to deliver notifications.
Limited technical records or backups may remain for a necessary provider retention period or to meet a legal obligation. They will not be used to continue providing the account.
