Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Nezabudni service available at myslimnateba.sk.

2. Service
Nezabudni lets you save loved ones’ birthdays and name days and receive email or push reminders according to your selected notice period. Features may reasonably evolve, change or be temporarily limited for security or operational reasons.
3. Account and age
You must be over 16 to create an account. Provide accurate information, protect your password and promptly tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity through your account.
4. Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully, personally and considerately. Do not enter sensitive data, content that violates others’ rights, malicious code or bulk marketing lists. Respect loved ones’ privacy and save only information needed for reminders.
5. Delivery of reminders
We take reasonable steps to deliver reminders on time, but networks, email or push providers, spam filters, device settings or force majeure can affect delivery. The service is an aid; responsibility for monitoring important dates remains with you.
6. Free use
Nezabudni is currently free. If this changes, users will be clearly informed in advance; a paid service will never be activated without explicit confirmation.
7. Intellectual property
The app, brand, content and design are protected. We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service personally while your account exists. Data you enter remains yours.
8. Termination and deletion
You can delete your account in settings. We may restrict or end access for serious or repeated breaches, security risk or legal duties. See our Privacy Policy for deletion consequences.
9. Liability
We are liable to the extent required by Slovak law. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional or grossly negligent damage.
10. Law, contact and changes
Slovak law applies. Send questions or complaints to ahoj@myslimnateba.sk. Your right to contact a competent authority or court remains unaffected. We may reasonably update these terms and will appropriately notify users of material changes.
